BLC organized a session with leading
cosmetics brand Estee Lauder. Our ladies were in for a real treat!
The session began with Estee Lauder
explaining the importance of the skin care routine. The five-step method they
recommend involves using their cleanser, toner, repair cream, moisturiser and
finally the eye cream.
With live demos on day make up, night make
up and on how to accentuate the eyes, the workshop was packed with information.
Three lucky volunteers from the BLC audience were selected as models. Kanchan
Kalro was the model for the subtle daytime look; Priyanka was the model for the
dramatic night look while the eye make up was demonstrated on Manju Bajaj.
The session was interactive, with the make
up experts answering all our queries patiently. The make up experts were kind
enough to share secret techniques of applying foundation (the flower method).
They made it fun while sharing with us the professional techniques of applying
mascara – up to down, down to up and sideways, spell E- S-T-E-E and release the
brush!
A special offer for BLC included a free
gift with every purchase and we all also walked away with free sachets of
moisturiser and eye cream! All in all, a couple of hours very well spent!
